Amrita Learning service is a supplemental learning program and offers no guarantees of student performance in exams/ tests and cannot be held liable for any damages due to poor student performance.

You understand that to use Amrita Learning at home, you require a broadband internet connection (Minimum download speed of 256 kilo bits per second (kbps)) at home and a computer that meets the minimum systems required for Amrita Learning as (Processor: Pentium 3, 800 MHz, Memory: 256 MB RAM, Hard disk space: 50 MB free space, Operating system: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, Monitor and resolution: 15? monitor with 800*600 resolution, Scroll mouse, Headphones/speakers, Sound card)

You agree to make all payments for services provided by Amrita Learning via online using credit card / debit card/ Bank Transfer by visiting http://www.amritalearning.com

 
User account and password:
You understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Amrita Learning of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Amrita Learning cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your password secure.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

Terms of agreement:
This Agreement will become effective immediately upon any use by User of the Site and shall remain effective unless terminated by either party as provided hereunder. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing the other with written or email notice of such termination, which shall be effective immediately upon delivery of such notice to the other party. Furthermore, Amrita Learning may terminate this Agreement immediately for any breach by User of this Agreement
